The Vikon Farm story started long long time ago (1982) in a far away
place (United States). The Quan Phu family....
In 1982, Quan Phu and his family immigrated to the United States. Arriving
in Los Angeles empty handed, with very few personal possessions and practically
no money.
In 1990, Quan, the youngest son, and now company CEO, opened a small retail
store and steered the family into the poultry meat business. They started
about as small as one can, buying a few chicken, and then processing and
marketing them. Soon Quan realized he needed to own his own production
farm and grow his own chickens. While growing the chickens he soon learned
his customers wanted a different product than he was growing. This is
the beginning of the Vikon Farm.
